If you decide to do business with them, DEMAND that they disclose the pricing and return policy (hint: no refunds). If they dodge or deflect, leave the store immediately before you waste hours of your life and thousands of dollars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Don’t do it. It’s as simple as that. I learned a very expensive lesson and paid over $1500 for inserts that probably aren’t going to be as effective as what you could get through a competent podiatrist. I was in pain and didn’t make a rational decision at the time of purchase, so that’s on me. Let me make it clear: they do NOT do refunds, so you are essentially stuck unless you file a complaint with your credit card company (it pays to use AMEX for stores like this). There’s a reason they don’t tell you the price until the end and why they constantly stress their “lifetime” warranty. They will have your money for life.

THANKS RACHEL) I never knew I needed arch support until I walked into this store. A few minutes after talking to the representative they told me It sounds like I have plantar fasciitis. This is something I didn’t know prior to going into the store, after wearing my inserts for only a week my feet aches and pains are now gone. I was skeptical at first because of the price, but unlimited replacements for the rest of my life ended up being worth it. Now I can’t live without my arch supports. They saved my feet.

I will update later after I have used my inserts for at least 30 days. I was in extreme pain in my heel due to plantar fasciitis. I'm still recovering so I can't give a full review just yet. I visited with Heather and she was just so patient and made sure I found the right inserts. I would recommend visiting with her if you have foot pain. The prices are high compared to other inserts I have tried including my custom orthotics, it's better to go in expecting sticker shock. Update: I wish I had just gone back to a pediatrist. These are ok. I bought on vacation, but the price wasn't worth it. They are good about changing things out, but if I could go back in time I would have just tried a different doctor.
